EQ6900LTFCEV is a medium-sized fuel cell bus developed by Dongfeng Special Automobile Co., Ltd. It is 8995mm long, 2500mm wide, 3540mm high, and has a total mass of 14500kg. It is suitable for urban feeder buses or shuttles. The vehicle is equipped with a hydrogen-air proton exchange membrane fuel cell and a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (peak power 260kW), achieving zero-emission operation and a maximum speed of 100km/h. The fuel cell system has a complete and reliable structure, adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor and an integrated controller, which is safer and more efficient. The fuel cell engine and electronic control system are centrally arranged and isolated from the passenger compartment. The partition area is paved with fire-retardant materials, and key parts are equipped with hydrogen leakage and smoke detection safety devices.
Intelligent safety monitoring system: It can realize real-time monitoring of energy storage components, vehicle high-voltage terminals, motors, fuel cell engines, and other components, and can alarm and deal with them accordingly to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
The vehicle instrument can display the electronic control system, battery system, motor system, electrical accessory system, and fuel cell-related data information, alarm information, and communication status in real time, and can promptly alarm the driver when there is insufficient residual hydrogen pressure or fuel cell system failure.
